Dr. Indrajit Nivasrao Yadav is an Indian educationist, accreditation specialist, and institution builder based in Pune, Maharashtra. He is the founder and chairman of the Institute for Management, Professional Academics, Research & Consultancy (IMPARC), the Dr Indrajit Yadav Foundation, and Dr Indrajit Yadav NIDHI Limited, and the founder-managing director of JASMINY Pvt Ltd.
With 21 years of professional experience, he is widely recognised for his contributions to higher-education quality and social innovation. Early life and education
Born in Karad, Maharashtra, India, Yadav holds a highly multidisciplinary academic portfolio. He earned a B.E. (Chemical Engineering) from Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune; an M.E. (Environmental/Civil Engineering) from the University of Pune; and a Ph.D. (Environmental Engineering) from Maharishi University of Information Technology, Lucknow. He also holds an MBA (Marketing) from the Indian Institute of Commerce & Trade, Lucknow; an LL.B. from Shridhar University, Pilani; and an honorary Doctor of Literature (D.Litt.) from the Central University of America. He is a designated Chartered Engineer (ChE) recognized by the Institution of Engineers India (IEI).
Career
Yadav began his professional journey as a Graduate Engineer Trainee with Aquapharm Chemicals Pvt Ltd, Pune. He later joined Bharati Vidyapeeth University College of Engineering as an Assistant Professor, contributing extensively to NAAC/NBA accreditation and ISO quality systems. He subsequently served as a Professor at Shri Krishna University and as Principal of Sahakar Maharshi Shankarrao Mohite Patil Institute of Technology & Research (SMSMPITR), Akluj, achieving ISO 9001, 14001, and 21001:2018 certifications. He has also served as the director of Vishveshwaraya Technical Campus, Sangli (DBATU-affiliated), where he implemented ERP systems, industry MoUs, AICTE Skill Centres, and NEP-aligned curricula.

- Led NAAC and NBA accreditation initiatives across Bharati Vidyapeeth University campuses.
